What We Do

Wildlife Assistance

Feral Kittens

We have for many years, been working on a project to help remove feral felines from the wild and get them adopted into loving, inside-only homes. We do this because outdoor cats damage native songbird and avian populations, whose numbers are already declining due to reduction of natural habitat.

Environmental Education

Our educational programs are perfect for people of all ages! Join us in learning about Washington's wildlife, natural geography, and how you can help contribute to environmental conservation, right in your own backyard.

Research

We analyze data to improve wildlife rehabilitation methods. As technology advances, we are finding new ways to study animals. For example, transmitters have been used to track animal movement and health. Worked with a boarded surgeon, we used titanium plates to fix fractures that otherwise could not have been repaired.
